Not currently living in Chicago and not knowing the area, we knew we needed someone we could trust to help navigate the process. Being new to the Chicago market, we really were not sure what exactly what we were looking for as well as not we were not anlways able to be there in person.

Payton worked tirelessly to help us find our apartment, and we ended up finding a spot that fit not only all our needs, but all our wants as well. The portal that Payton uses was very helpful in seeing what was available with clear details into the specifics of each apartment. This made it very easy to sort what we liked and disliked. Payton was able to visit apartments for us, give key insight into the surroundings areas, as well as accompany us during our visits. Without Payton’s help, we would not have found such an amazing place to live.
